1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
2. Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided. (Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong item delivered.)
3. Refund Policy
- Refund will be issued after inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited into the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.We will deliver an exchange /replacement product within 4-5days.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
